Aristotle and Christianity - International Conference held by the School of Theology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens

Celebrating the 2400th anniversary from the birth of Aristotle, philosopher and scientist (384 BCE -322 BCE) proclaimed by UNESCO, the School of Theology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens is proud to hold an International Conference in Athens on “Aristotle and Christianity” on the 24th and 25thof November 2016. Especially within the European milieu, the conference is regarded as one of a kind focusing on the interplay between the preeminent Athenian philosopher and global Christendom. The opening day of the Conference (24.11.2016) will be held at the Central Building of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, 30 Panepistimiou Str. The second day (25.11.2016) of the Conference will take place at the University of Athens’ History Museum, 5 Tholos Str., Plaka.

The Conference working language is both Greek and English.

Attendance is free to the general public
on a first-come-first-served basis.
